Through Headway & Alma, I am able to take most major insurance plans. This includes:

I also accept traditional Medicare and Multiplan. Benefits and copays vary for each plan.

I will provide estimated session cost based on an electronic benefits verification with your insurance company. The cost amount stated can sometimes be inaccurate. You will need to contact the number on your insurance card to see verify what services are covered and the associated costs.

Absolutely! There is no communication with insurance companies when clients are self-pay.

It depends. The following breakdown is based on self-pay for an individual session.

30-45 minutes $80
45-60 minutes $120
60-90 minutes $160

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be subject to a $50 late cancelation fee. This fee allows us to keep running as we block off time for you that we cannot get back if you do not attend.

An $80 fee will be charged if you don’t show up to your session without warning.
